2000 Civic
I check Plugs , caps and wires all are good... ( wires looks good no tester to test it )
I was wondering i have a lose battery terminal cable (Ground ) that seems to be causing the issue... I will be replacing that tonight... Am i on the right track to replace that cable?

care 2 explain "Coil packs" ?
The battery cable could be causing it but unlikely. You could check your engine to chassis grounds but if it cranks ok then it's probably not that. Check your distributor cap & rotor that is the most common cause. Do you notice it hesitating - car you hear the misfires? If not then you could just reset the code and see.

hondas dont use them
The newer hondas use a COP arrangement and can cause this behaviour however the 2000 model is not COP.

it does not look like it's a misfire.... anymore... i check my plugs wires and rotors and caps...
They are all A + condition.... I drive it again and observe it... it does not do it when running only when idle...
- i think it my CAI/ throttle body.... it feels like the trottle closes that why it feels like it's going to die... and reopen again before it dies... it could be my HKS sponge filter... that is sucking all that water right now :(
