Alright, so im driving back from work and all of a sudden i ge a check engine light. I pull over on the side of the road and pulled the code. The code comes up "No 1 Cylinder Position". What is this exacly? i sensor of a sign that my motor could be screwing up bad??I havent noticed any knocking, weird sounds, no smoke, nothing.

nope, when i got my new motor, i converted it to obd-0
This is just a guess, but to me it sounds like a fault with whatever sensor your engine uses to locate the crankshaft as it rotates. That could be a crank position sensor, or cam position sensor.

Its actually the no1 cylinder position sensor(cyr) located inside the dizzy. Its used to locate the location of the piston in cylinder no1 on startup for proper timing and/or firing( what i understood in other sites)
