I bought some door panels with tweeters built in, and I would just like to know, how do you wire tweeters to your deck? would I just wire the tweeter to the speakers (in the door), and the speakers to the deck?

You need a crossover to split the high frequency sounds from the lows..
So that you don't have low frequency (bass) going to your tweaters, otherwise they'll blow, eitr blow up or the sound will blow...
in most cars with factory tweeters, the crossover is built into the headunit.. you will likely need the headunit from the car that the speakers came from.... also you need to realize that you just added tweeters on top of a system that already has coax speakers in it... just introducing more 1k-20khz signals... that will really mess up your sound... youre best off buying a new set of component speakers and replacing the tweeter in the door and the coax that was already there.. they will come with a crossover as well so you'll have proper sound separation. that way you dont end up with a huge mess of nasty sound either...

I do have 4 alpine speakers in the car...and I believe the tweeters in the door panels, have the crossover built in.

Actually the capacitors (crossover) are usually right at the speaker in OEM systems. The factory tweeters are also more likely crossed over in the 4-6khz range.
Problem with just wiring it in parallel with the existing coax is they will both be recieving the same amount of power (give or take), overdriving the tweeter before the coax is doing any useful work.
that was my assumption, im not familiar with honda systems... are the tweeters amplified separately on the oem systems? or still bridged in?
