    I think it's hideous and cartoonish. The 2004's are far sexier imho. Sometimes, less is more.

    As much as I love the STIs, I can't help but grinch when I see the hatch.. I still find them very sexy, but an STI imho should never be a hatch.. ever. This is why I'm excited as hell to see the STI back as a sedan and its old roots..

    I do see the 2011 appealing more and more to the average joe now that it comes with typical standard options that the prev. models didn't come with, but I sure hope to God I don't start seeing them being driven by grannies as grocery getters.

    when Subaru only offer the hatch STI, i was like FUCK, i want a sedan.
    However, after seeing these pics, I 'll take the hatch model over this anyday

    not a fan of the 4dr of these newer gens. The hatch is muchhhh nicer.

    But.. I Would take the 04-07s sedans over these ANY day.

    i dont know why you hate sti's so muich petey

    they're AWD, they're awesome looking (ugly in that sexy way -- like an MR2 or a ae86). They've got decent power, great handling...

    I never hate or call them crap man, I understand what they are. The whole ensemble just bores me. I can appreciate them and do.

    Just dont see why everyone is so fanboy over them.

    If i was to spend 55-60k on a new car these would not even be on my radar
