Can anyone explain how he lost traction? He was already up to speed. I've never had that happened to me before, but I saw it happened one night on the 174. Dry pavement, all of a sudden I see through my rear view mirror the dude behind me just spins out, he was only going 100km/h and wasn't turning or anything.

    The fuck?

In your example something may have broke. For the vid it is very easy to lose traction with a RWD car that makes some power even at speed. Especially when the road curves like it does in the video. If it is colder outside it is even worse.

The C5 also looked to be keeping pase with the C6. Hard to tell if they were gunning it full power, but that'd reinforce the fact the c5 also had some decent power adders.

Yeah, I can understand how it can happen. With some power and cold pavement, it's quite easy to loose traction and the faster you're going, the harder to regain control.

The C5 is still a great car, it holds well for a 15 year old design.

Ya power I can understand. I was wondering more about the piece of powerless shit I saw spin out behind me. But like NTIMID8 said, something probably broke.
